Song: Never Stop (3:13) by Hilary
Duff from Dignity
Today’s Motion365 gave birth to a new
layering/combo which I will coin the “Reverse Fish.” It travels away from the audience using
reverse, alternating bicycle hips and swimming arms.
Start with feet flat, body facing front, arms
raised in front of you at rib level with palms facing the floor.
1-2: R bicycle hip to the back (with a tiny step)
as you angle your torso to the R diagonal.
Simultaneously, floreo R hand toward you and then push your R hand away
toward the audience (as though saying, “come hither” and then “go away”).
3-4: L
bicycle hip to the back (with a tiny step) as you angle your torso to the L
diagonal. Simultaneously floreo L hand
toward you and then push your L hand away toward the audience.
5-6: R bicycle hip to the back (with a tiny step)
as you angle your torso to the R diagonal.
Simultaneously, floreo R hand toward you and then push your R hand away
toward the audience.
7-8: L
bicycle hip to the back (with a tiny step) as you angle your torso to the L
diagonal. Simultaneously floreo L hand
toward you and then push your L hand away toward the audience.
Tip: If you take away the lower body movement, the
top half resembles swim strokes.
