What I have found is I really enjoy changing the direction I face when I dance.  When I have no audience and I can just play with the space, I dance for a bit facing one way and then turn 180 to focus the other.  Then I’ll quarter turn and play some more.  It’s almost as if I’m dancing in the center of an audience rather than in the front, and it is invigorating!
