You have the power to change the world. It’s in one choice, one act, one word. I believe my power to change the world is in
the gift of movement. Motion brings
people together by forming friendships, reuniting families, and stimulating
romance. It creates healing by reconnecting
self with body and mind; intertwining and rejoining the personal trifecta. Through movement one can release emotions,
embrace dreams, and inspire the self, the community, and even the world at
large.
Movement is power and from power comes movement!
