Hula Hoop Dance: The Basics

After four plus years of watching and wishing, today I learned there will be a Hula Hoop Dance class offered this summer at the Weston YMCA.  I am excited to experience this art form, learn new tricks, and hopefully integrate this new knowledge with my bellydance practice.

Not sure what hoop dancing is all about?  Check out Hooping.org.  Then checkout the class details below and plan to join in the fun!

  1. Agree with abdominal exercises. Calorie control is important. Crunches can’t assist a lot too, crunches can tone abs or strengthen abdominal muscles but it can’t definitely assist in losing belly fats.
